Tangy Noodle was co-founded by young restaurateurs Leon Liu and Chef Xian “Lex” Liu to bring warm hospitality, quality noodles and Sichuan food to all. Leon Liu, a native of New York City, embraces a warm and gracious hospitality standard and has more than a decade of hospitality expertise, including work with Michelin-starred restaurants. Chef Xian “Lex” Liu, brings 15 years of expertise gained at Spicy Temptation/Spicy Spirit in Beijing, China, the pioneer of Sichuan cuisine, into the U.S. market. Together, the dynamic duo presents authentic Sichuan dishes from the best of the best, along with some newer concoctions like the restaurant’s Signature Prawn Noodles.
