Tangy Noodle was co-founded by young restaurateurs Leon Liu and Chef Xian “Lex” Liu to bring warm hospitality, quality noodles and Sichuan food to all. Leon Liu, a native of New York City, embraces a warm and gracious hospitality standard and has more than a decade of hospitality expertise, including work with Michelin-starred restaurants. Chef Xian “Lex” Liu, brings 15 years of expertise gained at Spicy Temptation/Spicy Spirit in Beijing, China, the pioneer of Sichuan cuisine, into the U.S. market.
